This series product arranged a PLC programmer and electric carriage on the basis of RCDB series iron remover. It can realize remote control and can be used alternatively, so it is welcomed by power plant.

¡¡¡¡1£®With the temperature control know-how, the total turns
of the coil N are increased with ampere turns IN, a main
indicator determining the property of the magnetic field
unchanged. The current density (I=i.s) is decreased, with
the heating-up of the coil considerably reduced. The temperature
rise of the magnetic separator is controlled within 70¡æ and the lifespan
of the magnetic separator is prolonged.

construction and can satisfy the users'need to use the magnetic separator
in atrocious conditions.
¡¡¡¡3. The belt conveyor for the discharge of iron is equipped
with cycloidal lantern reductor. It is reliable, convenient
in adjustment and simple in maintenance.
