RCDC Series

This series product arranged a frame on the basis of RCDA series iron remover, and make it to be automatic iron remover equipment. It is mainly used to meet the demand of the production line with large physical particle size, less dust, large quantity of iron and continuous production.

Features：
　　1. It adopts the temperature control technology ---- using pancake coil with N, total number of the turns unchanged ---- to increase the quantity of the coil to increase air passage and exposure of the coil to the air to improve the cooling effect.
　　2. It applies the low-noise axial aerofoil fan, with strong wind pressure, large blast volume and satisfactory cooling effect.

　　3. The control gear employs the interlocking mechanism. The magnetic separator excitation and the belt conveyor stop and give the alarm immediately the blower stops.
　　4. The belt conveyor for the iron discharge is equipped with cycloidal lantern reductor. It is reliable, convenient in adjustment and simple in maintenance.

Applications：
　　It can be applied to remove ferromagnetic matter from dry coal, coke, limestone, detritus and other raw materials
