¡¡¡¡
Plug-in busways are designed
for carrying power for three-phase four-wire and five-wire
power distribution system with 50 Hz, rated voltage
380V and rated current 250-3150A. They are ideal power
distribution products that can be applied to workshops,
reconstruction of old enterprises, laboratory buildings
and high-rise buildings. Compared to conventional
cable power distribution, they are compact, safe and
reliable. They are able to carry heavy currents and
easy to disassemble. In addition, they can be used
repeatedly with one-off investment. No interference
arises between the construction of power distribution
system and capital construction.
¡¡¡¡Construction function unit£º
¡¡¡¡The busbar is of enclosed construction, composed
of copper bus coated with high-quality insulating
materials outside, electrostatic sprayed cold-rolled
plate cover, insulated bolt and other accessories.
¡¡¡¡Busbar bends are used to connect power distribution
busbars in horizontal and vertical installation, or
for directional change of the busbars.

¡¡¡¡Straight edge line,
working with busbar bends, is used to connect and
transmit power to the electric equipment.
¡¡¡¡The plug-in cage is used to lead out power from
the busbar to the shunts.
¡¡¡¡The busbar beginning is the power leading-in unit
and can be connected directly with transformers or
low-voltage distribution board.
¡¡¡¡Variable-capacitance joint is the transit joint
used for busbar to change capacitance.
¡¡¡¡Expansion joint is the function unit to absorb deformation
out of thermal expansion due to work over a long period
of time.
¡¡¡¡Intermediate leading-in cage is applicable to many
occasions to improve the situation arising out of
the large voltage drop between single-end power supply
and the terminal.
¡¡¡¡Terminal seal is installed on the busbar (or shunts)
terminal to prevent human contact with the live parts.
