130GQCYD Series

This series product ---- permanent-magnet iron remover (including the super-type) is a patented product which produced by our factory. It is adopted Nd-Fe-B as permanent-magnet material and its performance indicator has been surpass the performance indicator of American Eriez company and Japan God Okazaki Electromagnetic Motor Co., Ltd.

Features：
　　1．No need for exciting coil and thus power and energy saving.
　　2．Improved reliability, enabling it to work in any atrocious conditions.
　　　（1）It is not affected by the quality of the electric components since it has no commutating control device.
　　　（2）It adopts permanent magnet, which maintains a constant magnetic field. The magnet is cast with epoxy resin to form a single piece to be failure free.

　　3． Permanent magnetic magnetic separators materially solved the temperature rise problem of the electromagnetic magnetic separators. They maintain a constant magnetic field and thus there is neither a cold nor a pyromagneitc field. The magnetic strength does not fall with the rise in temperature as electromagnetic magnetic separator.
　　4． Permanent magnetic magnetic separators are highly safe, free from insulation or voltage endurance problems. They become explosion-proof magnetic separators when equipped with explosion-proof motor to drive the iron-discharge belt.
　　5． The magnetic gradient of the permanent magnetic magnetic separators is far superior to that of electromagnetic ones. Given the same suspension height, the suction capability is strikingly improved.
　　6． For the permanent magnetic magnetic separators, the magnetic field will not disappear in case of a power cut-off. Therefore, iron suctioned on the magnetic separators will not fall back to the belt after the power cut-off.
